What does Postrly sell?
We create premium modern posters available as both digital downloads and physical prints.
You can choose your preferred option when selecting product variants on the product page.
Do digital downloads include a physical print?
No. Digital files are instant download only and no physical item is shipped.
If you want a printed copy, select one of the physical size options instead of "Digital File".
What do I receive with a digital purchase?
A digital download containing high-resolution files suitable for printing.
Most posters include multiple aspect ratios to fit a wide range of frames.
You can print it at home, at a local print shop, or through an online printing service.
How do I receive my digital files?
Immediately after checkout, you will receive a download link by email.
If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder or contact us and we’ll resend it.
Can I print digital files myself?
Yes. The file is yours for personal use — perfect for home printing, office display, or framing.
(Note: Digital files are for personal use only and cannot be resold, shared, or used commercially.)
How are physical posters produced?
Every print is made to order, printed on high-quality paper using premium inks, then packaged carefully for delivery.
This ensures fresh production instead of mass-stored stock.
Do prints come framed?
You can choose Framed or No Frame based on the variant options at checkout.
If "Frame" is not selected, you will receive an unframed print only.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery time varies based on location and production load.
Most orders arrive in 3-8 days after dispatch

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your print arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us and we will replace it.
Please provide photos and your order number so we can resolve it quickly.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because prints are made to order, we generally do not accept change-of-mind returns.
Refunds or replacements are available within 30 days if the item is damaged, defective, or lost.
